Kansas State Wildcats Announce Kickoff Times

Kansas State Wildcats football fans can mark their calendars as the team announced kickoff times for the first three weeks of the season. The Collin Klein era begins on September 5 with a 6 p.m. game against Nicholls, streamed on ESPN+. The following two games will kick off at 11 a.m. against Washington State and Tulane, respectively. Kansas State will play its first three games at Bill Snyder Family Stadium, before heading to Cincinnati on September 26 to start Big 12 play. Nicholls, an FCS program, is coming off a 4-8 season and will be looking to improve against the Wildcats. Washington State, now led by Kirby Moore, is looking to build on its 7-6 season under former coach Jimmy Rogers. Tulane, under new head coach Will Hall, is coming off a College Football Playoff appearance and 11-3 season. The Wildcats have a scheduled return date at Washington State in 2029. And with the schedule set, Kansas State is gearing up for a competitive season. But the team will need to be ready for tough matchups, including a game against Houston on October 10. So far, the Wildcats have a strong lineup, with Collin Klein leading the charge. The team's first game against Nicholls will be a test of its strength, with Nicholls looking to pull off an upset. Kansas State's game against Tulane will be a rematch of their 2024 game, which the Wildcats won in New Orleans. The Wildcats will also face off against Kansas on October 17, in what promises to be a intense matchup. Wyatt D. Wheeler, who covers Kansas State athletics for the USA TODAY Network, will be keeping a close eye on the team's progress.
